XML

I have a working knowledge of XML having worked with it for three years in a single-source publishing environment. I've worked with a number of XML editors including Epic, and have experience of developing schemas and DTDs for different document architectures.

Other coding experience

I've some experience of C, C#, C++, Java and TCL, having used scripts in these languages at various times for developing documentation.

Documentation range experience

Wide-ranging; including software and web application user guides, software and hardware installation, operation and maintenance manuals, system administration, test specifications, parameter catalogues, eLearning, training and assessment, websites.

Publishing media

Hardcopy, online as online help, knowledge bases, websites, multimedia training and instructional presentations.

Publishing tools experience

Good working knowledge of Word, Framemaker. Indesign, Epic, Dreamweaver, Robohelp, Flare, MS Webhelp, Flash, Captivate, Illustrator, Freehand, Paintshop Pro, Coreldraw, Photoshop and Fireworks.
